@Anonymous User: That's strange. Once your device has booted up, try heading to Settings > Battery and device care > Optimise now, followed by Memory > Clean now. Following these steps, tap on Device Protection > Scan phone to check for any malware or suspicious activity. You could also try restarting your phone in Safe Mode to see if the issue is stemming from a third party source. To enter Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode. When the device boots up, do you see the boot screens as expected? If so, please restart the phone as you would normally and remove any recently added applications. Let me know how you get on.
