Galaxy A SeriesI was having troubles with my phone and reset it. Now when I restart the phone, the boot screen doesn't seem to show fully. It still boots properly, but the "Samsung Galaxy, Powered by Android, Secured by Knox" screen doesn't show. When I turn the phone on it vibrates and shows a black screen for a bit before it displays the after screen, which just says "Samsung Galaxy". The phone still works fine, but is it corrupted or something?

Galaxy A Series@Anonymous User: That's strange. Once your device has booted up, try heading to Settings > Battery and device care > Optimise now, followed by Memory > Clean now. Following these steps, tap on Device Protection > Scan phone to check for any malware or suspicious activity. You could also try restarting your phone in Safe Mode to see if the issue is stemming from a third party source. To enter Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode. When the device boots up, do you see the boot screens as expected? If so, please restart the phone as you would normally and remove any recently added applications. Let me know how you get on.

Galaxy A SeriesHi. Sorry for the late response. I've tried all of that and it still does what it done previously. Should I try to reset the phone again and maybe that would fix that?
