All the folders I created in emails are empty of loads of things i have saved.

Are you able to see the folders if you login via the web portal?

I can see all the folders I created but when I opened them the first time all my saved emails were there for a second and disappeared as I watched, never to be seen again. But things I've saved recently are still in folders.

This all coincided with me changing from Virgin to vodafone ?

If your folder contents are missing even on the web portal, then I'd reach out to Blue Yonder as it sounds like a problem at their end.

Blueyonder was taken over by Virgin Media in 2023. Maybe reach out on the Virgin Media or Vodafone community forums in case it's a problem at their ends
