Bluetooth connects to phone but can't hear when a call comes in. It answers but the Bluetooth symbol stays white and not green done the setting to allow calls and audio. It works through my tablet but not the phone any ideas. a52 5g

Your question isn't really clear.

Do you mean a call is coming in to your A52 which in turn is connected by Bluetooth to your tablet?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.
