Bluetooth speaker not recognised

Hello, I am trying to link a Bluetooth speaker to my Samsung Galaxy A02s but when I scan for devices the speaker is not recognised. I have other devices connected with no issues... Solutions/ Ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

What brand is the speaker? Have you checked if it's compatible with Samsung phones? You can usually check this on the retailer's website or by contacting the retailer's customer service.
