Bluetooth on A7 closing regularly.

At least 3 or 4 times a day my phone closes Bluetooth, which is a pain if you're trying to run the NHS Covid-19 app which requires Bluetooth to be running.

Any suggestions?

Click on power mode, make sure adaptive power mode is not on. This will automatically change the power mode of your phone when it gets to a certain level of charge. Hope this helps

Power Saving Mode is off.

This problem only manifested itself around 3 or 4 weeks ago.

Try, SETTINGS, Search "Special Access" The select "Optimise battery usage" Change "Apps not optimised" to "All". Then disable Bluetooth and Bluetooth MIDI.
