Samsung - please provide an update to the ongoing issues since update RE: audio calls disconnecting when bluetooth to car or earbuds.
This issue began in May with update One UI 6.1.
I have followed all the advice and reset everything - issue remains. The button for calls will just toggle off each time. I had hoped the latest update 1 Sept would include a patch but it only had security patch.
Please provide details for when this will be resolved.

have done every single reset, cache clearing, unpairing etc etc and nothing. When I go to the gear icon for bluetooth the toggle just wont stay on for audio - in the past 5 months it has worked again for one call on 2 occasions and these reverts to error. Fun times! Phone and earbuds are Galaxy versions so it's not the hardware - its the updates

According to the ***** at samsung support, this is a hardware failure and not cause by their update so they won't do anything about it. Not being able to make handsfree phonecalls is not acceptable but they don't give a *****. My A52S is just fine except for this *****. Even when you can get it to work (toggling sap in the developeroptions forces a restart of bluetooth) it just stops working at random, even in-call. Headset is still connected as I hear all sounds, but sound from a phonecall only goes to the phone itself and bt goes grey....
