I tried purchasing Samsung A04 initially for my little brother online then I remembered I’m a BlueLightCard holder. What a joke!!!! The item on the standard website was in stock and I almost bought it, however, when I remembered to use my BlueLightCard link, it became unavailable!! It had 10% discounts of it. I thought it was strange but then I remembered the gimmicks I encountered before, so I decided to take evidences.I went back to the standard website and it still shows it’s in stock. Then I had a live chat with the customer service via the BlueLightCard-Samsung page. He told me it wasn’t available but could recommend an alternative,lol, then I started taking screenshots of our conversations. When I sent him screenshots of both websites minutes apart and even mentioned that I was currently on the standard one which still stated it was available, he deleted our chats.lol! It’s the dishonesty for me!!! For just £13.90 Samsung just lost whatever reputation they have left from me.
