Black screen on phone (not starting)

I hope someone can help me out here, rather curious problem with my mobile phone. Samsung Galaxy A51

Phone was working fine this morning at home, I plug it in (whilst on) to charge it up (it was on around 40%) and after a while I returned to phone and attempted to use it. The phone was turned off so I pressed power button to boot it up again.

The loading screen popped up with samsung and make of the phone, appears to be starting and then the screen just goes black. The screen works fine when loading, works fine when I plug it in to charge it again and shows the battery %.

The phone has not been dropped or banged/damaged in any way, I've tried a hard restart which does work but as above just shows the phone booting up then screen goes black.

It's like the phone is just shutting down after trying to boot, I've tried it unplugged and plugged in.

Anyone got any ideas what the issue could be ?

I've tried booting into safe mode (unsuccessfully) but nothing works

I have the same problem on a Samsung Galaxy A51 phone. Did you manage to get it fixed? 

If you did could you tell me what the problem was? I have some important data stored on the phone and I can't access it  without turning the phone on.

No I didn't get it fixed...
I ended up buying a new phone, repair dude in shop said it was a motherboard issue and needed replacing..
totally not worth the cost as only needed the media off it, when I bought a new phone it had backed up to the cloud and I got everything back anyway.

Mine too has gone blank. When I press the power key, brings the switch off and restart buttons and goes blank again.

I have A25 brand new and when i open the screen and put in my code to open home page it just goes to a black screen . Not everytime but atleast twice a day. Usual a soft reboot gets me sorted. Butis a pain as this is a brand nre fone

same thing has happened with my samsung a01, it was just charged a while ago at 100%, but when i turned it on, it just, wont. please help me fix this problem...

This happened to my A54 the simple solution is to press power button + volume down button until the phone  show Samsung logo and starting booting up
