Hi,

I updated my phone today, and ever since it cuts off audio. For example, if I listen to music on Spotify, a book on Bookbeat or scrolling Tiktok my phone gives me audio for a few seconds, then mutes for a second, gives me audio, mutes again and so on.

However, the audio is not muted when I use my bluetooth earphones?

What to do?

As a starting point try this @3m3li3

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

There is also a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.

A very last resort is to back up and factory reset but that's the last thing @3m3li3

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
