new Galaxy A15
Setup has completed and a new fresh SIM/number installed. There is a message stating "App Installation paused". All updates appear to have completed and no outstanding updates yet this message remains even after rebooting the device.
I can't deploy a phone with this message. How can I force the process to complete or stop if hung?

@davestl711: Where are you seeing the 'App installation paused' notification, and what is the source of the notification (as indicated by the icon on the left, if viewed via the drop down Notification panel)?
In the meantime, please head to the Google Play Store > Tap your profile in the top right > Manage apps and device > Updates, and complete any outstanding updates here.
Also, head to the Galaxy Store > Menu > Updates, and proceed as per the above.
