same here! I got a event and i made sims working on event items then i came back to game and the progress is lost!!!!!

and my phone powered off and all tje sims are just standing in a room with no door!

It is a problem since the game update. Need to report to firemonkeys which I already did and they replied it will likely be fixed on the next update
