Will the phone let you back up and factory reset or alternatively pop into a Samsung Service Centre for support.

It's all working again now but I probably do a full reinstall of the software again clearing the cache got it working

Done a reset and it's still doing the same thing so obviously something in this update has broken it as it works fine on a different version of the software
