Was your phone purchased directly from Samsung or was it supplied by a Network or by another outlet @pc1972 such as a reseller or was it imported into your country ?
Also try Samsung Smartswitch if your phone is showing as up to date in the settings and software update section.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help too.
