Android update for A105fn

Hi. My A10 (105fn) has yet to receive the Android 10 and Security updates.

It's the model with dual SIM capabilities if that's any help. Is this a genuine issue or is there something wrong with my phone?

Was your phone purchased directly from Samsung or was it supplied by a Network or by another outlet @pc1972 such as a reseller or was it imported into your country  ?

Also try Samsung Smartswitch if your phone is showing as up to date in the settings and software update section.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help too.
