Anyone experienced a problem with the Android 13, preventing some calls being made, can only make a couple, then need to reset phone to make another. Likewise some callers receiving message number not recognised.
Have carried out a number of Samsung possible solutions, but still there.
Sim OK, Phone apps OK.
Samsung confirm Software problem with possible patches available new year, won't give date.
They have suggested Factory reset followed by a full 'reslush', wanting phone 7-10 days to fix, if not they will replace under warranty.
So, any suggestions to fix myself?

Try....

Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

And

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

Or as instructed by Samsung try the Factory Reset after backing up route @Rgf

I haven't experienced these issues on my phone after the Android ¹³ update.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Android 13 has utterly borked my Fold 3, can't use Bluetooth and the inner screen is totally black. Hoping the update comes soon with some fixes
