Andorid problem

Adott egy Galaxy A54 es készülék( Vodafone szolgáltatónál vásárolt) és még most sem kaptam andorid 14 et miért lehet?

I currently have 5.1 but it should be 6.0 and I have android 13 but it should be 14

If so try restarting your phone and try checking again

I tried all the options but nothing helped last security update February 23, 2023 there is a new one but it doesn't allow that either

Clear your system cache

[CBerry]

Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

Ready there is 70 GB of free storage, so space is not a problem
