Accessing DeviantArt on my Galaxy A12

While this works perfectly well when connected to my home wifi when I try and use it on the go I get the message ""sorry the server reported a problem and we are unable to display your results " DeviantArt have not been helpful. Everything else works on the go.

Any suggestions?

Hey @muffinn.  It could be related to an age restriction through your network provider. Something to consider and worth checking. Also, if you have Data Saver enabled, the app may be restricted from accessing your Mobile Data. You can remove the app from Data Saver under Settings > Apps > Select the app > Mobile Data.
