A71 randomly softlocking, about once a month

My a71 is just getting worse, random slow downs, crashes and lag, and the worst, random complete softlocks about once a month, it's good to see even with the couple years of software support Samsung haven't dropped there our updates ruin a phone mentality

Have you tried to do full re start, or use a diagnostic app. ?

The diagnostic app is useless for software issues, it's made for hardware issues, also a full restart does nothing because the softlock is so random, but so far it's happened about once a month

Hmm I got no clue then I'm sorry,I have the problem with my notification panel keeps telling me I have "usb connector disconnected" flashing this notice every 3-4 second yet seems no problem at all and charger work's fine no problem at all any idea ?

Reconnected one then change the setting about usb or charging when connected to a pc, might fix it
