A71 Navigation Key Vibrate

Recently got Samsung Galaxy A71 and somehow the navigation key & screen lock pattern is vibrating when I use it. I cannot see how to disable this? Any ideas?

@StewPM: Can you try heading to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > System Sounds and Vibration > System Vibration > Touch Interaction > Off, to see if this resolves your issue?

I followed your steps but do not have System Sound and Vibrations. it is only System Sounds.
