Hi I got my new a56 samsung today. I had an a53 Samsung and used the red envelope app for email. The apps has been copied to the a56 but the sub folders are there but does not have the emails contained in them. For example barclaycard folder had 26 messages on a53 but nothing in a56. I have reset the outlook folder. I have set the sub folders in the new phone hoping that would bring them over. Nothing.
Is this app not compatible with the a56 or am I doing something wrong when transferring the app.
I have uninstalled the app several times and tried a different icon but nothing is working. Help please
