A56 Not receiving cellular calls

Since i updated to Android16, i have huge problem with receiving phone calls.
Basicly whenever phone goes to deep sleep i cannot receive calls. Once it's wake, all working fine.

I will not write what i tried to fix this, list is long.. dnd, security, blocked numbers spam calls, permissions, reseting network, bt, wifi...

Last things i tried is to change my sim card since mine was kinda old. That didn't help.
Then i changed to eSIM, also no vail

Anyone has any idea what problem is ?

Yes, i just tried it and same happens.

I just discoverend when IT WORKS. When i strictly put phone in 3G mode. (Preferred 3G)

Where did you get the phone from. Is meant to for the region you are in

It is for my region, otherwise i wouldn't be able to make calls, also receive calls when phone i woken up, wich i do.
Obvious problem is that i cannot properly connect to 4G network while phone is sleeping.
So, or this firmware is bugged or my carrier is bugged, or even my phone is bugged.
Probably firmware.
