A56 5G stuck in startmode aften firmware upgrade may 21

Hi,

after the latest firmware update i’m not able to use my phone again. It’s stuck in startup with the tour pix turning around. I have already tried the soft reset. Now I’m ready to do a full reset, but I can’t get into the recovery menu. Tried all with USB connected to charger, alle combinaties of power and volume. I’m abroad and only have an IPad. But there is no way that I can come into recovermode with the IPad attached I assume.

Can you help?

Hey. Remove the SIM card tray and then restart the phone.

In my A56, I have installed an eSIM and I had the same problem...!

Workaround: Restart the phone and when asking for the sim password, just press skip.

Hola, he tenido el mismo problema con la actualización del Samsung A56, se queda bloqueado.

Solución:

• Apagar completamente el teléfono
• Una vez apagado, retirar la tarjeta SIM
• Volver a encender el teléfono sin la tarjeta SIM
• Cuando arranque correctamente, volver a introducir la tarjeta.

Es intolerable que suceda esto
