I tried typing the main number, then *, then the extension. Doesn't work. I tried the same with ** and #. Nope. What else can I do?

@tbathree: Please try dialing the main number > Press and hold the * button so a comma appears > Dial the extension > Hit the call button.
If the extension cannot be dialed directly, press and hold the # after the call has connected so a comma appears, then dial the extension number. Let me know if this helps.

As I said, "I've tried those and it doesn't work. I called Samsung support and they told me that it should work if after I connect with the office I dial the extension number and that's all. That doesn't work, either.
