A54 crashing/restarting

No warnings appear it just goes black an restarts. No app issues and doesn't appear to be related to any apps but has started since the most recent UI update! Anyone else having these issues. Phone was purchased new from Samsung.

I keep getting all these games apps down on my android phone? I do my painting by numbers, but that's all . How do I cancel them because it's using all my battery power. Please can someone help,I'm not too good with technical things .

Same happened on my s22 ultra, Samsung replaced the motherboard and power board under warranty. On their diagnostic tests it showed a kernal fault which is not repairable, so hardware replacement is the only option.

Yeah same with my a54 and not getting much help just being told to do the same things over and over again. I expect more from Samsung.

My phone is less than 1 year old and If they don't get active and offer real help I don't see much I can do apart from request a full refund as the phone is not fit for the purpose it was sold for.

Happening to me same A54 phone purchased only 10 days ago. 2 phones purchased same day & husbands phone is fine why 1 phone & not the other. Both phones set up by Samsung expert in Samsung shop. Closed down & rebooted 7 times today so far!!

Found a new update for ui 6.0 and downloaded today so hopefully they have fixed it. I have found the customer service to be exceptionally poor and when I said this to the agent this morning and that I would say so on the after call survey they made this impossible by not ending the call so never went to the survey. Absolutely dreadfully.
