See above.
95% of all apps in deep sleep, a weather widget with time (Samsung default, approximate location, rarely used), dark mode on, 5G off, Bluetooth and WiFi scanning off, precise location off, offline finding off, etc, etc off, off, off.
Indoors on WiFi, battery drain per hour between 0.3 and 1%. Outdoors with a bit of Spotify (which handles Exynos poorly) and while utilising Bluetooth earbuds (LE), drain is typically between 4 and 5% per hour. That is also with WiFi off (and 5G as mentioned before). Signal full.
As I've said before, my ancient phone with a third smaller battery size of the A54, with a 5 year old processor (also not Snapdragon) had greater efficiency with Bluetooth connected to 3 devices all day than the A54 with 2 connected for a shorter time. And I'm listening to Spotify a lot less (larger intervals between listening).
The issue is any sort of connectivity via mobile networks or Bluetooth. Even with a great signal, factory resets, network resets, etc, the Exynos will idle at at 200mAh-250mAh and drain. Today I have had less than 2 hours SoT with Adaptive Brightness off for half of it, the rest was about 3 hours of Spotify... I charged to 80% this morning and took the phone off charge right before leaving my home and now I'm down to 8% getting back.
Bad phone. The web is absolutely flooded with battery complaints for the A54 and adaptive brightness sucks too. Too bright in moderately bright conditions so you're forever having to turn adaptive brightness off.
Another issue appears to be the quality of battery Samsung have opted for and the discrepancies between quality of processor.
What people said about Exynos is true. Avoid at all costs. Also, Samsung phones appear to go into deep sleep far too late.

This is one of the main reasons I won't buy a Samsung device that has an exynos chip.
S23 Series is Snapdragon.
S24 Ultra is Snapdragon.
I have both. But won't have an exynos version ever.

Learned my lesson. I've listened to even less music today, everything off as usual and I'm draining 4.0% per hour. Ridiculously inefficient phone.
Those claiming to have 10 hrs SoT and tons of standby are either A) lying, or B) spending all their time indoors.
I've never known a phone other than the Galaxy S5 I had many moons ago, where so many features had to be turned off!
I also blame the lack of lux sensor. If being solely reliant on a punch hole camera to prevent unwanted screen activation that too is going to use more juice than a standard sensor. I understand they're going for making the phone look good, but it's impractical. Not only that but there's so many instances where the screen will activate when the phone is pressed against your face during a call. That's another common complaint with camera-only sensor reliance.
I believe Samsung are stuck in a rut of churning out too many similarities with their phones, namely: processor choice, storage speed, and poor quality batteries. Their reliance to maximise profit on a frankly very expensive mid-range phone (A54 initial launch cost was £500) was absurd. It would have been worth it however if we'd had the 3 mentioned things above.

Yes, there are issues with Exynos but I will challenge your comment about.....
"Those claiming to have 10 hrs SoT and tons of standby are either A) lying, or B) spending all their time indoors.".
I am neither lying nor am I indoors all the time. Below is my battery usage since last charge.
37% of battery used.
3hr 27m SOnT
9hr 20m SOffT
So by quick calculation I'll get around:
10 Hours SOnT
27 Hours SOffT
In reality it is giving me a day and a half based on my usage (25% on, 75% screen off time).
On a 100% charge
