So for the last few days my a53 5g has been deregistering from the network
or showing very little signal
normally get full signal in my house and now i am either getting no signal or very little
places where i normally get 5g i am getting no data at all
some times it constantly switches between 4g & 5g
firends who are on the same network but with diffrent phones have steady full signal with 5g when
the phones are next to each other on the table
i have tried reseting my network settings
taking sim out and cleaning it
selecting 4g only on the connections tab.
turning flight mode on and off
after i have cycled the phone on flight mode it gets a decent steady signal for 20 min half hour and then
goes back to being no signal or data.
i have been to my network operator (Three) who say its my device and i need to get a new phone
its only 2 years old and coincidently 2 months out of contract, i cant help thinking they are wanting just to sign
me up for another phone??
also i have tried to activate the wifi calling (advised by three customer serivces) i havent got wifi calling button on my
this phone for some reason
i have looked at videos on you tube and where that shoudl be it isnt there, even the lady in the three shop i visited tried to turn in on she couldnt find it either
any help would be much appreciated
