A52s speackers problem (ear speacker and speacker)

i have bought the phone a few weeks ago and speackers have a very bad quality on output. Anyone who know how can this be fixed?

@lefterisilia: Are you using a certain app or feature when you experience the speaker issues, or is the problem persistent? To troubleshoot the issue, please try heading to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Sound Quality and Effects > Adapt Sound, and follow the prompts to see if you notice an improvement. 

If the problem persists, press and hold on the Samsung Members app icon > Diagnostics > Speaker, and follow the on screen instructions, are you able to hear the sound samples clearly?
