Try swapping to a Wi-Fi connection or mobile data to update your phone @HJ73 if you haven't already.
Is the update showing in your phone's software update section ?
Also go into your Device Care and clear up your Ram and as mentioned by @antikythera also clear up your internal storage if relevant.
