A52S goes in wait mode during call when message comes in

when I am in a phone call and my smartphone gets a message ( for example whatsapp ) or other event, then the phone call comes in wait modus automatically. Very annoying.

Does someone have a clue what might cause this issue ?

Thank you for your message. Is your A52S also fully up-to-date and have you tried restarting it?
