A52s 5G Google play system update stuck in February 24

After a factory reset my settings state Google play system update is stuck at febuary 2024.

When I click on the warning for it to update it and click check for update it says it's successfully updated.

I wouldn't worry too much about the play update. Eventually it'll just update in the background. It's always a bit funky on when it updates. It's not exactly super important. Normal system updates are the important ones

I've tried clearing caches, even location changed ect. When I look deeper I see both Google play and Google play services are the latest version. Is the Google play system update a different thing?

Yeah. Google play, google play services, google play system update and system updates are all different things. The first 3 are google, the last is samsung. The first 3 don't really matter if they're out of date. Eventually they'll probably jump to the latest version when they feel like it. Usually a new system update makes the play system update jump to latest

The google play system update seems to be broken on samsung devices. Other brands have got the latest version of google play system update. Idk how long itll take samsung to get this resolved
