A51 Volume Randomly Increasing

While watching videos the volume will suddenly increase really loudly for a few seconds and then decrease to original levels when I hold my phone by the sides. My fingers are nowhere near the volume buttons when this happens. Its really irritating and I'm worried I got a glitchy phone. Its not even a week old! Anyone else having this issue?

It might be a hardware issue? It's rare and I'm sorry to hear that it happened to you but sometimes when produced, phone buttons are loose. It might be a good idea to flag this to Samsung and ask for their help by going to Samsung Members, and start a live chat with a support agent. Hope this helps.
