I would suggest to go into Settings and General Management, Reset and reset network settings.
Look in your Samsung Members app under the GetHelp section and use the diagnostic tool.
If this does not help then as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens. This could help to highlight a sim card issue.
Your network can perform a sim swap to repalce the current sim card.
And if you can pick up a payg/ prepay sim card and try it in your phone.
If it happens only in one place then the issue could be your masts.
If all this does not he'll then if your within any relevant cooling off period have it swapped out or if not repaired.
