Good morning, According to different webs and an app, the A40 should support USB On The Go (OTG). I just dont find a way to make it work. Can anyone help with this? Thanks a lot for your time.

Yes, the A40 supports OTG. You will need an OTG adapter to use this function. There was ohne in the box with my S10. Do you have one? Can you explain more about what problems you are having?

Good afternoon Pugs1957, thanks a lot for your answer. I'm afraid that no OTG adapter was delivered in the original box. I'm trying to connect the mobile to a device using a cable with USB-C at one end and USB mini at the other end. No adapter. When I open the app yo control the device, a message appears with the text "USB not found". I dont think it is a problem with the app because I tried to connect a USB stick with another cable and the mobile didn't read the USB stick. Could it be that I should activate something in the settings? The model I have is a SM-405FN. Thanks a lot for your help.

Hello WillieM. In order for this to work you need an OTG adapter, a direct connection won't work.
