My Samsung A34 keeps disconnecting from WiFi saying 'connected without Internet'. However Internet is fine and coming through on all other devices. I've followed all steps including forgetting network, clearing cache partition, soft reset, factory reset etc. It is not my IP as I have issues with my phone on 3 different IP networks so I know my Internet is working fine. Have sent error reports to Samsung but same answer back..its with our expert this has been with them since May!!.

Since it appears that the A34 has this fundemental issue anyone out there got a real answer to this as Samsung experts are not bothered

Is it happening on all WIFI networks or just the one?

If it's isolated to just one network then I'd look at your settings on the phone and also your router. Maybe something is blocking the connection?

Go to Settings > Connections > WIFI > Click cog next to your network name > View more and if its randomised mac maybe put it as a phone mac if it's not a public WiFi connection. Always worth a go.

It's happening on all WIFI networks. My family have different networks, Sky,Virgin, and BT. But will look at settings

@grandadjono  Aditionally  just checking that private DNS is set to Automatic,Go to Settins-Connections-More Connections-Private DNS.  Options are off,Automatic and Private DNS Provider Hostname. Taking a lot time for the Experts to respond though.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

JAMES4578 yes private DNS is set to automatic. Yes pretty poor response from the experts or they know the A34 wfif chip has a problem

Hi I have noticed this as well. This happens with most samsung devices I own including and s23 ultra. I think this is just because the phone thinks there is not a strong enough network for it to perform at its best a quick solution for this was turning on and off the wifi

Exactly the same issue on my A34, it happened on many wifi networks. I thought that the DNS server from the provider was bad so I changed them in my router to 1.1.1.1 but it's the same issue. The only fix for me was to put dns.google or one.one.one.one as a private dns hostname in the network configuration. In my opinion, it's clearly an unacceptable bug and especially after many updates it is not fixed though it has been reported from many users.
