A34 5g or A54g

Looking for some advice regarding A34 and A54. Wanting to get the wife a new phone and can't decide between the two. Looking at the A34 5g 256gb and A54 5g 256gb. Main uses will be phone, text, web browsing. The odd picture. I'm happy with price of both but just wanted some real life advice about speed etc. Does the decrease in screen size from A34 to A54 really make that much difference. Thanks for any advice

The A54 is a great device. They are both similar speed wise, but the A54 had an exynos chip compared to the A34 that uses Mediatek. The A54 gets monthly updates whereas the A34 is quarterly. I have an A54 5g as a second phone for my work. I find it to be very stable, outstanding battery life, runs everything my S23U does with less glitches and doesnt lose as much charge. The only downside is no wireless charging and installing updates is a bit slower. But other than that I have found it to be a great phone. I got the 128gb version, which is fine but I would recommend the 256gb version. You can move a lot of your apps to the SD card to save internal storage space if needed. Hope this helps

Apologies for late reply. Thanks guys for the advice. I've gone for the A54 as also think it's the best out of the two. Let's see how she gets on with it.
