May i ask do you receive poor network connection everywhere you go or is it one place i.e Home area ?
Check any relevant Network Mast Checker your network provider has to see if it's mast issues with local or surrounding masts.
Your sim card can be replaced by your network provider via a sim swap if necessary.
Perhaps ask neighbours or visiting friends etc if there on the same Network if they are experiencing low connection issues.
In your phone you can reset your network connection via Settings, General Management, Reset, Reset Network Connection.
In your phone there are diagnostic tools via ,
Samsung Members App then GetHelp and Diagnostic.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look at your phone.
