A26 slow charging

Hi everyone. I just got my A26 and I'm on the second week. It's charging really slow and the battery drops quickly too. I'm wondering if this is because it's a 5G phone. This is my first 5G phone. I previously used the A23 and both have the same 5000MAH battery. Is this normal?

Is fast charging enabled on your A26? This is how it looks like.

Yes it's enabled. Even when I put it off the speed is the same with when it's enabled.

Ok. Since it's a low spec phone. I'm guessing that's how it's charges. But give a few weeks. If it's still continuous, then report back

I'm starting to think the same. I wouldn't advise anyone to get it right now. I don't use heavy apps. Just WhatsApp and opera. Even when my screen time was checked in the battery settings, it was confirmed I use the phone minimally. It's just really disappointing

I honestly don't know what else to say. But I can expect a full charge on my S23 around 1hr. Regarding the A26, it's not really the best phone in terms of performance. But it can handle most basic tasks. If you opted higher spec like the A36 or A56 then you would expect faster charging speeds as well as better performance.

I currently own the A20 and A23, they charge faster then the A26. Also forgot to mention when I complained, they were gracious to change it and it's still the same issue
