A25 not getting security updates

My Samsung A25 has not had a security update since 1 May 2024.

When I try to install updates it states Your software is up to date.

On the Security Update screen it shows ! and suggests I need an update.

Smart Switch states software is up to date.

What can I do to get any security updates? In the UK, unlocked phone.

May 2025 on my mums phone.

Unfortunately Smart Switch states the same as the phone, it's up to date 😢

If you had the phone recently. Then i would recommend returning it back. It seems that the phone is out of the region which is causing your phone to not the get latest update.
