Does anyone else have serious issues with sound recording on the #GalaxyA22? I've been trying to resolve this since August 2021, I even posted a youtube video demostrating how awful is sounds back-to-back agains an old Huawei smartphone https://youtu.be/x7TsgTN7LrM). Everything recorded sounds like it's under water. The sales assistants at Tesco Mobile have never been interested once they'd sold it to me, just said it must be a setting somewhere, but I've had nearly 2 years trying to correct it and never found a solution. Can anyone advice?

Thanks for responding. It must be just mine then. It's been like it from new (August 2021), I've been back to the store and compained a few times but keep being fobbed off, being told it must be a setting. I've persevered, trying different options, but now I've tried it with an external mic and it sounds better so must be the mic itself.
