I've had my A21S less than three hours and I'm about ready to throw in the towel. I'm a social media manager and I'm unable to take photos on apps like Instagram and Snapchat because of the zoom issue on the camera. I can't have a video call with clients on WhatsApp because of the zoom issue on the camera.
Looking at the various topics in these boards, it seems as though this has been an issue for YEARS at this point. Whilst Samsung have claimed that this is a third party issue, it's clearly an issue caused by Samsung and surely the company should be working with third parties to rectify it? This is an issue that has made my phone totally unusable. I'm so disappointed.

There is a general problem with the zoom. you haven't specified your problem. Mine is with photos ( and videos). After just a few photos the shutter button gives the zooming option instead of taking the photo. Even if you haven't used your fingers to zoom in or out.
Usually happens when you have taken several photos in a row but can happen any time.
You have to close the camera and reopen but that doesn't always work.
Missed many photo opportunities because of this over the years.
It's a bug that even basic smartphones don't have. So much for the five lenses 🙄
