Hello and welcome to the Samsung Community Forum section for UK and Ireland users.
It might be beneficial to ask your questions in your own forum section where you reside as well.
As far as usage goes, try a reset by power cycling the photo.
You can also clear the system cache files on your phone by long pressing on the canera app and then tapping I and then storing and then clear cache.
Clear the cache files from the system partition section of the phone > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your headphones or connect them to a powered on laptop or use the USB port on a TV or USB-c to USB-c phone to set the phone to access the cleared partition section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the System Menu {Possibly excluding the s24 series of phones 😎)

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
