A14 5g Google play security

My A14 5g is stuck on 1 January 2023 Google play security update. I've chatted with support, but they weren't able to fix it. 

Does anyone else have this problem?

If it's the Google Play security then it's a Google problem, you'll need to contact them, they will probably tell you to clear all your data and clear the cache, uninstall it and reinstall the play services.

Thanks for replying. Yeah, Samsung support did ask me to do all those things to no avail. I'll keep trying and hopefully it will work.

It might work.
However unfortunately,
for the most manufacturers and companies aren't their low-end products as important, as their midrangers and their flagships.
And because your phone is a low-end phone
(not bad at all,
for it's price category),
it has not the same interest as their midrangers as A54,
or their S, or Z Series.

I guess that's one of the drawbacks for trying to save a bit of money. But, as you said, it's stil a very good phone. Zero lag and it's breezing through everything I throw at it... I'm pleasantly surprised at how good it is tbh

Yes, for the money not bad at all.
Still better than something by the third-league manufacturers.
I have Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G and it's obviously something different.
The most important thing is,
that you are happy with your phone.
