Internal memory issue

Hi there,

My mom has a 64GB A13 and the system literally takes up 51% the storage on my device. Any ideas?

@Nikoubazlphoto: A portion of your internal storage is allocated to the System, and Android 13 does require around 32GB of storage space, which is in line with what you are reporting. I understand that this may not be ideal, however you do have the option of installing a Micro SD card (up to 1TB capacity) to store your personal files and media, which should leave plenty of space for future app installations and updates.

There are not much more files and it is not a normal thing that the system shows 51GB on the internal storage. following is the screenshot.

Have you tried resetting your phone to see that works

Phone is for my mother and I said to her may she has to reset her phone, I am waiting she tel me when will be ready for reseting her phone. I guess it must be a virus on her phone.
