A12 behaving strangely.

I bought this from Amazon back in the new year of 2022, newly packaged.  I find it's generally a good phone with above-average battery power.  Lately, I've noticed it does strange things like, whilst I'm listening to the FM radio, the radio channels change voluntarily!  It's as if someone is taking control and yet the phone doesn't heat up and 'burn' the battery life down to 0%.  I even reset it about a month or two ago but it happened again the other day, very annoying.  

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing this?  Thank you.

Depends on the quality of the connection as fm can be interesting by other fm

Thank you for your response.  I thought it would be more to do with the phone operating system not being stable or secure.  Anyway, it hasn't done anything for the past few days so I'll see how it goes.  Thanks again.
