My wife has a Galaxy A10 phone and the battery level keeps falling rapidly, despite the phone often not being used for a day or two at a time. I have tried turning all non-essential functions and apps off and the phone's own battery health report tells me all is OK. Does anyone have any thoughts on how we can stop the battery draining so fast when not in use (apart from turning off completely)? Thanks.

Haven't updated the phone and it's been the case since new (several years ago) - she doesn't use it much and it's annoying to pick it up without having used it only to find the battery dead. I did look at the apps which might be draining. Will do so again, though - your response is much appreciated. BTW , is your 'black belt' in Six Sigma? If so, I'm one too!

Sorry - I've logged in on my wife's phone to try the diagnostic test but I can't see a help button on the members' page.
