Spoke to customer service person and of no use, and now do not know what to do. I think, smartphones and newer laptops do not know how to handle the wifi adapters. (I have done the time, day thing, plus have updated my phone, too but no solution.)
Any suggestions will be helpful!

The question is why Samsung is so quite on this issue. I have seen plenty of people having the same issue but Samsung is not saying a word? We need an answer. And please do not tell me to restart or reset my phone or router.

I have tried my friend's phone too. I mean in 2024, why there is no Technical support or comment. Why its more like, "restart router, delete wifi account and reconnect, try another phone"....I think IT support is still sitting in 80's where as devices are of 2024.....
Where is the technical solution? And why its happening on every other device and SAMSUNG has NO SOLUTION for it?

The software written for Wifi Adapters in Samsung looks to me a bit dodgy where the physical power of signals has not been taken into consideration.
Please, troubleshooters get over this "forget internet" "reboot device and router" and say something else!
I need help.
