Just bought new A05  and I am disappointed.  Sound so low then hardly I can hear what people talking on other side. Try everything is not working.  Message. Do not buy A05 wasting money

Have you turned the volume up for calls? It is a separate setting.

@Members_pbqNGjV run the diagnostic tool found in the Samsung Members App and please follow @Piper123 suggestion. 

If none of these help then have the phone swapped or refunded.
