Does your mobile contract include 5G ?
Check that your sim card is 5G ready.
Also look in Settings and Connections, Mobile Networks and ensure 5G has been chosen.
To add 5G is still very much in it's infancy and a developing connection type so it's not available everywhere and can be patchy.
A person typically needs to be pretty near a 5G module.
5G currently really only provides faster downloads of large files and currently doesn't really improve surfing speeds.
4G and 4G + does.
