Hi @Graykenhill Thanks for highlighting that wiping the cache partition can definitely help with some problems. A number of Members in the community perform this regularly and we have mentioned it a fair bit, however obviously not everyone is aware.

Hi @Mefistos Wiping the cache partition will not always help but members have found it useful. You could try booting into safe Mode and test the apps before restarting as normal. For the benefit of others interested To boot into safe Mode
If that does not help next step is to perform a Factory Reset (vital to ensure Data is backed up beforehand) Whist some customers may be reluctant to try this may be advisable if nothing else helps.
However some problems may only be fixed with updates to the software.

However, if wiping cache partition doesn't help, it is always recommended to report the issues via the Samsung Members app, so that our developers can analyze the problem 😉.
